Carl Conelly Realtors has been affiliated with Coldwell Banker for 26 years. We shorten our reference to us by use of the letters CBCCR. Carl Conelly Realtors was founded in 1934 by Carl Conelly. Carl died several years ago and is known as the Father of Cabrillo College. In fact the Cabrillo's sports stadium is named in honor of Carl. In February of 1976 Carl Conelly retired and sold the business to Jim Lee who worked as an agent in a real estate brokerage just a couple of doors from Carl Conelly Realtors. Jim has been in the real estate buinsess in the San Lorenzo Valley since 1974 or 35 years.

All CBCCR associates are full time agents. They are extremely well trained and have a good depth of experience. Broker, Jim Lee, has an open door policy with respect to CBCCR associates at all times. This means near immediate contact in most instances whether face to face or through the various means of communication available today by way of technology.
